The room is fairly quiet and equipped with air conditioning, a Nespresso coffee machine and an iron...
The bathrooms are a little tired.

Clean pleasant hotel, perfect rooms. Immaculate double room with a great view, great facilities, for instance. Marvellous breakfast for vegetarians, strong drinks.

The place is nicely decorated, the staff are very professional and exceptionally helpful.
The hotel is overall clean and has nice rooms and comfortable beds. The room is nicely furnished and well-appointed with an astonishing view. The property has the restaurant for lunch. When I am in Belfast, I like staying here.

The room was spacious and had a fantastic river view, nice. The bathroom had a great shower and plenty of products. I loved having a sofa and table to chill at, but the bedding really let it down for comfort and the pillows weren't great. It was clean and the lighting was decent enough.

Fairly clean and enchanting place, has lovely views of the Belfast hills. Spotless room, shower facilities, a hair dryer and fresh towels in the room. It's nice that they offer wake-up service.

Upon arrival, we experienced a delay since our room wasn't ready, forcing us to wait after check-in time. Despite requesting a double bed, we were given two separate beds, which needed to be corrected by housekeeping. While the mattress provided decent comfort, the bed was surprisingly creaky, reminiscent of a foldable setup rather than a solid hotel bed. Breakfast areas felt cramped, with coffee machines placed too close to tables. A little more tidiness could have enhanced the breakfast experience, as some areas appeared disheveled. A couple of extra mirrors in the room would have been handy, especially for groups sharing.

We got upgraded to a fantastic river view room, and even though the weather was a bit gloomy, the view really brightened our stay! The hotel had great relaxation spots like a cozy lounge and a nice leisure area. Just a heads-up, the TV kept raving about luxury, but honestly, it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment 😊

great view but minor room discomfort
The hotel's location offers a fine view of the harbor that significantly enhances the atmosphere. The modern design and cleanliness of the space provided a refreshing stay that exceeded my expectations.
The room lacked sufficient seating for a family of four, leaving us cramped at times.

The hotel boasts a modern decor with vibrant metal sculptures and fine views of the river from the room.
Though the location is central, parking can be inconvenient. Guests might need a bit of a hike to the nearest multi-storey car park, which costs about £8 overnight. Breakfast could be a letdown. It seems there were times when hot food containers ran empty and the quality of the offerings, like the low-grade sausages and bagged scrambled eggs, didn't meet expectations. Plus, coffee machines were out of order, layering more frustration on the breakfast experience.

Spacious room with great river views
The hotel was in a perfect central location. My only wish is for a bit more variety in the breakfast options, especially for vegetarians.

Recommend it for families with children
I mean, the staff were very nice. They were friendly, helpful, and made a point to remember our names. Plus, we got an upgrade to a room with a view that was just great. Watching the sun set over the river while sipping something from the fridge was nice.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but good quality comes at a price.

missingWrote a review on 24 Julfriendly staffclean hotelgreat locationlimited mirror plugs
We visited Titanic Belfast and explored the Cathedral Quarter for some nightlife. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel's location is perfect for these attractions. Just a heads up, there weren't any plugs by the mirrors, made getting ready a bit tricky. But overall, the cleanliness and amenities were great.
One downside was the lack of nearby mirrors with plug sockets, awkward while getting ready. It would be helpful to have those available .
